Entries will be accepted 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 28, 2019. An entry fee of .50 per entry will be charged. (Pre-entry fee is .25 per entry and must be received by Monday, Aug 26)  Release date will be Monday, September 2nd from 8:30 - 10:00 am. Must have a stub to pick up entry. Alternate release date is Wednesday, September 4th from 6:00 -7:00 pm.   Entries confined to Illinois. All exhibits in this class must be true to name and labeled. Only one entry per class. Any entry in the wrong category or unfit for display will be disqualified. REFER TO GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS IN THIS BOOK.
